Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 October 2026

At Rama Cassettes, we aim to provide genuine products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements and refunds may be requested.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

A return or replacement may be requested if:

The product received is defective or does not function as advertised.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has been damaged during delivery.
An essential item or accessory is missing from the package.
The product received is materially different from the product description or specifications provided at the time of purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package appears damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with:

Order/invoice details
Photographs of the outer package
Photographs of the product
Photographs of any visible damage
Unboxing video, if available

We strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening electronic products. This can help us verify transit damage, missing items or incorrect products.

Product Condition

Where a return is approved, the product should normally be returned with:

Original packaging
All accessories and cables
Manuals and documentation, if provided
Warranty card, where applicable
Original invoice/order details

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage, improper electrical connection, unauthorised repair or modification may not qualify for a return or replacement, subject to applicable consumer rights and warranty terms.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been damaged, modified or misused after delivery.

Certain products may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns because of their nature, hygiene requirements, customisation or other applicable conditions.

These exclusions do not affect applicable consumer rights relating to defective, deficient, incorrect, spurious or materially misrepresented products.

Inspection

Once a returned product is received, Rama Cassettes may inspect the product to verify the reported issue.

After verification, we will communicate the applicable resolution to the customer.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, the resolution may include:

Replacement with the same product;
Another appropriate resolution; or
Refund of the applicable amount.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, Rama Cassettes will arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For other approved returns, the applicable return-shipping responsibility will be communicated to the customer before the return is arranged.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products carrying a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty claims may be handled by the manufacturer, authorised service centre or Rama Cassettes, depending on the product and warranty arrangement.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair/modification or improper use may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, the request may be handled under the applicable return process.

Rental Products

Products provided under rental arrangements are governed by separate Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy, including provisions relating to booking cancellations, security deposits, late returns, damage and loss.
